Cancellation Policies:

By the time of the booking, a 20% deposit is due. This deposit is not refundable. In case of a cancellation the deposit is issued as a voucher for stays with WildWifi within 12 months. If there are no retreats offered within 12 months the deposit expires. 

 

8 weeks prior to the start of the booked coliving month the final payment is due. 

No refunds for cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the coliving month, as well as early departures.
 

All cancellations need to be made via email to hello@wildwifi.co and need to be confirmed by the WildWifi Team via email. We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to cancel the coliving on notice to the client. In such an event, WildWifi shall refund the full amount or hand out a voucher for future events if wanted.
