Join us and help create a memorable experience for our international digital nomad community!

 

THE EXPERIENCE:
We are a coliving space in the capital Windhoek hosting digital nomads & and remote workers. We create a strong bond in our community by offering a minimum stay of one month. The group starts and ends their stay on the same day - the first day/last day of each month. During the week our group can focus on work with a great 150 Mb wifi connection and on the weekend we go on adventurous camping getaways to explore Namibia.

 

The ideal volunteer is:

  • highly motivated and adventurous person

  • a social butterfly/extrovert enjoying being in a community

  • a digital nomad or want to learn about it

  • enjoys camping, the outdoors, and nature

 

What you help us with:

  • A 20 hour work week

  • Check-in and Check-out of new guests

  • Onboard new guests into the community

  • Be the main contact person for any questions

  • Keep the houses tidy and clean

  • Report any maintenance issues

  • Regular check of inventory in the kitchen

  • Organize 2-3 events for our guests per week (mainly during the week sometimes on weekends)

  • Posting daily Instagram stories

  • Creating photo & video content

  • Admin work (Notion, Slack, WhatsApp, Mails, Calls)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English

  • +26 years

  • Valid international Drivers License

  • Confident with driving on the left side of the road

  • Book your own flight

  • Travel Insurance

  • Valid Visa/Permit for Namibia
