By the time of the booking, a 20% deposit is due. This deposit is not refundable.
8 weeks prior to the start of the booked coliving months the final payment is due.
Cancellation 8 – 4 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded
Cancellation 4 – 3 weeks before the arrival date: 20% of the paid amount will be refunded
Later cancellation and early departure no refund
All cancellations need to be made via email to hello@wildwifi.co and need to be confirmed by the WildWifi Team via email. We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to cancel the coliving on notice to the client. In such an event, WildWifi shall refund the full amount or hand out a voucher for future events if wanted.
